Booking Confirmation & Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• This deposit confirms your booking date and time and is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation.
• The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

Booking Amendments & Cancellations:

• Any changes to the booking date, time, or location must be requested in writing at least two weeks prior to the event.
• BuBooza Ice Cream reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, conditions deemed unsafe for our staff or equipment, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities:

• The client is responsible for providing a suitable and safe location for the ice cream cart/service.
• The location must be protected from direct sunlight, rain, and strong winds.
• The client must ensure adequate power supply and access for the ice cream cart/service.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of BuBooza Ice Cream staff during the event.
• Any damage to the ice cream cart/service caused by the client or their guests will be the client’s responsibility.

Service Limitations:

• BuBooza Ice Cream reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group deemed to be disruptive or pose a safety risk to staff or other guests.
• BuBooza Ice Cream is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses sustained by guests during the event.

Liability:

• BuBooza Ice Cream is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
• The client assumes full responsibility for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the event.

Intellectual Property:

All images, logos, and branding associated with BuBooza Ice Cream are the exclusive property of BuBooza Ice Cream and cannot be used without prior written consent.

Governing Law:

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
